Through tailored coaching, expert guidance and the transformative Insights Discovery framework, we help women rebuild self-belief, embrace their personal and professional strengths, and step back into the workplace feeling informed, empowered and supported.
Relauncher is a structured six-week course designed for women who are either on maternity leave or have taken a career break.
The course includes:
A no obligation introductory session, which introduces you to the Insights Discovery framework and gives you a preview of the personalised profile. Introduces you to one of our HR professionals who will tell their mum story and give you a run through of reasonable adjustment requests.
Week 1
We will map out your personalised route through the course based on your specific needs. In the first of 3 one 2 one sessions. We will set goals and introduce you to the community to begin your journey with confidence in what’s to come.
Week 2
We will deep dive into your Insights Discovery Profile. Highlighting your personalised strengths and preferences and how these present in the workplace.
Week 3-5
Will include group sessions where our team of experts with lead talks around subject matters that will help us return with clarity.
Week 6
Will recap on everything you have learned and how to implement it at work.
We will set SMART goals together and manage any doubts or “mum guilt” you have.
